The Office of Human Resources is responsible for coordinating all human resources standards for the University of Navarra, including those for Teaching Personnel, Researchers, Administrative and Service Personnel.
Our primary goal is to promote the personal and professional growth and development of all those who work at the University, as well as selecting and hiring the best candidates to form part of our teaching and research institution, which has functioned for over half a century.
We especially value those persons who are motivated by the ideas and values of the University of Navarra, who have the capacity for teamwork, and who have the spirit of service. We search for people with the following values:
Excellence: Our goal as a University is the search for the truth and excellence, dedicating the maximum effort and commitment to building a better society together.
Loyalty: To always work by harmonizing the interests of the University and the employee, generating mutual loyalty. It is everyone's responsibility to seek the betterment of the persons with whom we work, recognizing and rewarding individual contributions.
Honor: Honorable and responsable social behavior is necessary in our workplace.
Spirit of Service: The ability to work actively in the formation of a problem solving team, using mutual trust, credibility and example to encourage communication and mutual help.
The Service of Human Resources is located on the lower floor of the Central Building in the Pamplona campus.
