Exchange program for Spanish Universities

(SICUE/SENECA)

The national program for students called the “Exchange Program for Spanish Universities” (SICUE,) offers 4th and 5th year students the chance to spend a year studying at a different Spanish university.

The application period for the different universities that take part in SICUE is usually each year between the months of January and March.

There are various scholarships and grants aimed at facilitating the SICUE Program.  Among the principal financial aid providers is the “Seneca” Program of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports. In addition, there are numerous financial aid programs provided by Autonomous Communities and private or public institutions.

Applying to Foreign Universities:

Thanks to the agreements included in the Socrates Program, the School of Sciences carries out the admissions process for students at the University chosen.

Room and Board at Foreign Universities:

After being accordingly requested, foreign universities are responsible for providing incoming Erasmus students with the information necessary for room and board while staying abroad.
