1.- In order to use the sports facilities of the University of Navarra, you must provide the necessary authorization: a) Valid university ID; b) Sports Card valid for the current academic year.

2.- Vehicle access to the facilities is restricted to the employees of the Sports Service, and to those persons previously authorized by the Office of the Vice President of University Extension

3.- Each ball court or exercise room is only to be used for the sports(s) for which it was designed.

4.- In order to use a ball court, you must make a reservation at the front desk of the Sports Complex. Each user may reserve the court for the space of one hour. The reservation is made using your University ID number and your name

5.- If for any reason the court that you have reserved will not be used, you must cancel your reservation with the front desk of the Sports Complex, so that it may be used by others. If you fail to cancel a reservation, you will be prohibited from reserving courts for the period of one month.

6.- The Sports Service reserves the right to permit the use of any court which has not been reserved, or to change or cancel existing reservations in case of force majeure.

7.- Those persons who use the sports facilities in order to watch competitions must occupy the zone dedicated to spectators.

8.- For taking part in sports activities, you must wear the clothing and footwear that correspond to the sport you will participate in.

9.- The locker room service is free, and is available to all users of the sports facilities. The Service will only be responsible for objects of value that have been expressly stored with the employees of the Service. Users of the sports facilities must leave their belongings in the locker room, and may use the stalls to change. You must return clothes hangers and bags after using them.

10.- You may only smoke out of doors, on the pathways and roads leading to the sports courts or fields, and never within the facilities or the Sports Complex.

11.- You have the obligation to maintain personal hygiene, as well as to clean and put in order the areas you use.

12.- The personnel of the sports facilities reserve the right to check the accreditation of the user and the appropriateness of his or her clothing for purposes of maintaining order and security.
