The University of Navarra and the Arsusport management service have reached an agreement for the installation of a gymnasium in the Sports Complex. The gym will be available for all those persons of the university community who so desire.

The gymnasium is open from 9:00 am: to 10:00 pm, from Monday through Friday, and 9:00 to 2:30 on Saturdays. It is always supervised by qualified personnel who can help you develop an exercise schedule and use the machines correctly.

The gym has cardiovascular machines (treadmills, bicycles, elliptical trainers) as well as a complete set of resistance training machine for the upper and lower body.

The price for using the gym is:

• 15 euros half month or less (from the 15th of each month and onwards)
• 25 euros per month
• 65 euros trimester

Those persons who would like to sign up for the gym may so do at the offices of the Sports Service.

During the 2006/2007 academic year, there will also be a season pass available.
