The Master's Degree in Philosophy: Reality, Knowledge and Action provides advanced training in philosophy. It takes a largely research-based approach. This master's degree provides graduates with thorough training in the field of research.
The title Reality, Knowledge and Action sums up the core issues of philosophy, i.e., the philosophical treatment of the real, knowledge and praxis, from a triple perspective: systematic, historical and multidisciplinary.
The master's degree has a faculty of 28 professors from the Department of Philosophy at the University of Navarra and other universities, the majority of whom are university professors. Between them they are currently conducting 13 projects funded through public and private grants.
The master's program faculty members also teach in the doctoral program, which was awarded a Citation of Excellence by the Ministry of Education of the Spanish government. The department also publishes the prestigious journal Anuario Filosófico and the collection of philosophical papers Eunsa.
The Master's Degree in Philosophy has obtained Official Verification from the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA). The master's degree now has official status in Spain.
