  • What is it?

    This involves the transfer of the rights of use or economic exploitation by the company of the intellectual or industrial property arising from the results of the research carried out at the University of Navarra.

    It provides developed solutions to technology needs.

    The agreement establishes the conditions of exclusivity, geographical scope, payment of royalties and the duration of the license agreement.

     

  • How it works

    The company contacts the Research Management Service and indicates what it wants.

    The Research Management Service sends a draft agreement that stipulates the conditions of the license.

    When the parties have reached a consensus on the wording of the agreement, they sign it.
