The Schools of Ecclesiastical Studies building has a library that is mainly for the use of students, professors and researchers of Theology, Canon Law and Ecclesiastical Philosophy.
It has 100 study places, more than 8,300 basic bibliographical books (the remaining collection can be found on the fifth floor of the Main Library Reference Room), and 200 international specialist journal subscriptions.
Furthermore, the students and teaching staff of the Schools of Ecclesiastical Studies can make use of the University Library's general collection, which contains 1,195,963 volumes across all disciplines, including 19,700 journals and 46,760 electronic journals. In terms of special collections, it includes 85 incunables and more than 24,000 items from before 1800.
