My university doesn't have an agreement

If your university does not have an agreement with the School of Economics and Business Administration, you can apply for admission as a free mover student. This program allows you to complete a semester or academic year at the University of Navarra, though you are responsible for paying the registration fees. Once you have completed your period of study, you will receive an official certificate allowing you to transfer the credits you have earned upon returning to your university.

To request information for this program, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact the International Office at your university to be sure that free mover credits can be validated.

  2. Contact the International Office at the School of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Navarra at the email address intrel-eco@unav.es to confirm your intention to study in this program.

  3. To apply for admission as an exchange student, you will need:

    • Fill out the online application form

    • Scanned passport-type photo

    • Scanned passport

    • Proof of health insurance. Students will not be admitted without proof of health insurance. Students must have adequate coverage prior to their arrival and this is their responsibility.

    • Transcripts of records

    • Motivation letter

     

    The admission periods are as follows:

    • Fall Semester 2017
    Nomination deadline: April 1, 2017
    Application deadline: May 1, 2017
     
    • Spring Semester 2018
    Nomination deadline: September 15, 2017
    Application deadline: October 15, 2017
